Four Seasons at Mapleton is a gated 55+ active adult community in Columbus, within Mansfield Township in Northern Burlington County, New Jersey. Built by K. Hovnanian between 2001 and 2006, the community is made up of 428 detached single-family homes on winding, mature-landscaped streets accessed from Mansfield Road onto Ambrose Drive or Route 68 onto Chamber Lane. Homes are offered on a resale basis only — most feature two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage, with popular floor plans including the Birchwood, Mulberry, and Ivy models.
