The D.R. Horton Freedom Homes Collection offers nine single-story floor plans ranging from 1,588 to 2,291 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Options include walk-in closets, flex rooms, covered porches, and extended patios. Beyond the Freedom Homes, the broader community includes a mix of one-story, one-and-a-half-story, and two-story plans with traditional and transitional exteriors of brick, stone, and fiber cement. Homes on the resale market have generally sold between roughly $430,000 and $800,000, with a median around $620,000 and about $184 per square foot over the past 12 months. The central amenity package is a real strength for a community at this price point and HOA level.
