Imagery is a 483-home, 55+ active adult community built by Lennar on a 300-acre peninsula jutting into Mountain Island Lake in Mount Holly, North Carolina — less than 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. Construction began in 2017/2018 and the community is now in its final phase, with the remaining homesites concentrated in Phase 4 and The Pointe, a premium waterfront section where new builds start in the high $700s and run up into the high $900s.
