The Villas at Covington is a boutique 55+ active adult community of 128 all-brick, single-level ranch homes tucked into Indian Land, South Carolina, just south of the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. Developed between 2017 and 2022 by Essex Homes and Stanley Martin Homes, the neighborhood is now essentially built out, with only the occasional resale or final Stanley Martin home coming to market.
