Roselyn is Lennar's master-planned 55+ active adult community in Lancaster, South Carolina, set on a sprawling site in the northern Lancaster County panhandle just off US-521. Announced in March 2024 and officially grand-opened on May 17, 2025, Roselyn will ultimately include approximately 1,860 single-story homes upon buildout, making it one of the largest new active adult communities in the greater Charlotte metro area.
