Whitehall Gardens is a gated-feel, low-maintenance 55+ new home community tucked into a wooded corner of Williamstown, NJ — part of Monroe Township in Gloucester County (South Jersey, not to be confused with Monroe Township in Middlesex County). Builder Bruce Paparone broke ground in 2020 on a 225-home master plan, and construction is still actively underway with new phases continuing to open. The community sits about a mile off the Black Horse Pike (Route 322), roughly 30 miles and a 40-minute drive from Philadelphia, with the Atlantic City Expressway close at hand for weekend trips to the Shore.
