Village Greenes is one of Burlington County's most established and beloved 55+ active adult communities, tucked into the heart of Evesham Township (Marlton) in South Jersey. Built between 1998 and 2004 by Orleans Homebuilders and Scarborough, the community is fully built out with 325 single-family homes — making it the largest 55+ neighborhood in Marlton. Village Greenes sits just off Elmwood Road with Routes 70 and 73 running through Evesham Township, plus easy access to I-295, Route 38, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
