Venue at Lighthouse Station is an award-winning 55+ active adult community built by Lennar in Barnegat Township, New Jersey, set on 115 acres in Ocean County about 20 minutes from Toms River and minutes from the Garden State Parkway, Route 9, and Long Beach Island. Lennar broke ground in 2017 and the community is planned for 247 single-family homes; new construction is still available alongside resales, and the community is managed by FirstService Residential.
