Seacrest Pines is a 55+ active adult community in Barnegat, New Jersey, tucked into a wooded 340-home enclave at the far end of West Bay Avenue, just minutes from the Garden State Parkway and the beaches of Long Beach Island. Built by D.R. Horton's Freedom Homes division between 2017 and 2023, the community is now fully built out, meaning new arrivals buy from resale inventory.
