Developed by the Benjamin Organization and Kabro Associates, the community is home to roughly 1,200 residences and is fully built out. Homes span three distinct product types: two-bedroom condominium units from about 1,040 to 1,140 square feet, attached townhouses grouped in quads, and larger semi-attached villas ranging from roughly 1,940 to 3,200 square feet with 2-car garages, some with basements and many with golf course or pond views. Mediterranean-inspired courtyard entries, vaulted ceilings, and eat-in kitchens are signatures of the attached home styles. The centerpiece of community life is a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse that houses a full fitness center, indoor pool, saunas, card rooms, media room, library, on-site restaurant, bar/lounge, and a 6,000-square-foot multi-purpose grand ballroom that hosts live performances, holiday parties, and resident events throughout the year.
