Meadowbrook Pointe Links & Spa is a luxury 55+ gated community in Medford, Long Island, wrapped around the 18-hole Mill Pond Golf Course. Built by Beechwood Homes beginning in 2010–2011 and sold out around 2016, the community consists of 280 semi-attached and detached homes across eight master-planned layouts — including the Fairmont, Kensington, and Highlands II models — ranging from roughly 1,500 to 3,500+ square feet.
