The Bluffs on the Cape Fear is a private, gated master-planned community perched along a high bluff on the Cape Fear River, about 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington in Leland, North Carolina. Though not deed-restricted 55+, the community draws heavily from retirees, second-home buyers, and empty-nesters looking for a low-maintenance waterfront lifestyle with first-class amenities and a strong social calendar.
