Tesoro Highlands is a 1,270-acre master-planned community nestled in the scenic hills above Tesoro del Valle in Santa Clarita (Valencia), California, with approximately 820 homes planned across roughly 13 distinct neighborhoods. Four of those neighborhoods — Sierra Bella, Toscana, Estrada, and Paseo — are age-qualified and collectively marketed as The 55+ Villas at Tesoro Highlands, making this one of only a handful of homeownership opportunities for active adults in the Santa Clarita Valley. The other nine neighborhoods are open to all ages, with Lennar building Avila, Campana, Arches, and Montilla and Toll Brothers delivering the luxury hillside homes at Bella Terra and Alta Monte.
