Altis at Skyline

Altis at Skyline is a gated 55+ community of approximately 300 single-story homes in Santa Clarita, California, developed by Tri Pointe Homes as part of the larger Skyline Ranch master-planned community. Construction began in late 2021 with the first homesites and model homes released in November 2021, and the community is still actively building as of 2026 with many homes complete and occupied and additional homesites still available. Perched at the top of Skyline Ranch, accessed via the Stratus Street loop off Skyline Ranch Road, Altis sits surrounded by 1,600+ acres of natural open space with panoramic mountain and valley views.
