Sweetwater Village is a new 55+ townhome community in Hickory, North Carolina, tucked into acres of wooded privacy between Highway 70 and Interstate 40. Developed by Dayspring of Catawba County LLC, construction began in 2020 with plans to eventually build up to 400 attached single-story townhomes. Phase 1 delivered the first 50 homes and subsequent phases are actively underway. The community offers two craftsman-style floor plans. The Shuford is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome at roughly 1,234 square feet, while the Tate is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath plan at approximately 1,124 square feet.
