The Farm at Ingleside is a master-planned community in Iron Station, North Carolina, developed by D.R. Horton beginning in 2019 and built out by 2023 with continued new-home availability in some phases. The overall community is planned for roughly 422 single-family homes and includes two distinct sections: a traditional all-ages neighborhood and a dedicated 55+ active adult enclave called The Preserve, which contains 139 homesites built under D.R. Horton's Freedom Homes active-adult brand.
