Lincoln Prairie by Del Webb is a gated 55+ active adult community in Aurora, Illinois, about 40 miles west of downtown Chicago. It's a milestone project for Del Webb — their first new Illinois community in 15 years — and since its October 2022 grand opening it's quickly become one of the best-selling 55+ communities in Chicagoland, with first residents moving in April 2023 and over 200 homes sold in the opening phase.
