Hunterdon Creekside is a gated, age-restricted 55+ community tucked into the scenic Hunterdon County countryside of Raritan Township, New Jersey, just outside the charming small town of Flemington. Built by Pulte Homes between 2017 and 2022, the community consists of 246 low-maintenance homes — 137 single-family detached homes and 109 attached townhomes, the latter featuring first-floor owner's suites. A grand boulevard entrance, guarded gate, and careful site planning give Hunterdon Creekside a more intimate feel than the mega-communities found elsewhere in the country, while still delivering a full resort-style amenity package. The heart of the community is a 4,900 square-foot clubhouse that serves as a daily gathering place for residents. Inside, there's a gathering room, fireplace lounge, hobby and game room, activity center, fitness center, and catering/prep kitchen sized for events of up to around 80 people.
