Holiday Village East is a well-established 55+ active adult community in Mount Laurel, Burlington County, New Jersey, built by J.S. Hovnanian & Sons between 1990 and 2001. The community contains 963 homes across three distinct housing types — detached single-family carriage homes, attached patio homes, and condominiums — all available today on a resale-only basis. Carriage homes offer eight original floor plans with two exterior facade choices, ranging from 1,200 to 1,828 square feet, with master suites, full baths, and some featuring second-floor lofts and two-car garages.
