Villa Portofino is a luxury 55+ active adult gated community nestled in the heart of Palm Desert, California, in the center of the Coachella Valley. Spread across 50 acres off Country Club Drive and Portola, the community is being built out to 460 total homes and has been under development since 2005. It exudes unmistakable Italian-inspired charm — tranquil waterways, graceful arches, stone columns, ironwork-laced windows, and paved stone streets winding among landscaped walking trails, all framed by stunning views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains.
