Maravilla Estates is a gated 55+ active adult community in San Jacinto, California, set against the foothills of the San Jacinto Mountains in the Inland Empire. Developed by DCI Homes and built by Crossmarket Communities, the community is planned for 218 single-family homes and has been under active development since the mid-2010s, with new construction still available alongside established resales.
