Four Seasons at Palm Springs is the only gated 55+ active adult community located within the city of Palm Springs itself, set just five miles north of downtown off I-10 in California's Coachella Valley. Built by K. Hovnanian between 2006 and 2010, the community is now sold out of new construction and offers resale opportunities across 477 single-family, single-story ranch homes that surround the adjacent Palm Springs Country Club golf course. All homes sit on fee-simple land (you own the lot), a distinction that matters in the Coachella Valley, where many comparable communities are on leased land. Homebuyers chose from seven original floor plans ranging from 1,900 to over 2,800 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half baths.
