Valencia Parc at Riverland is GL Homes' newest 55+ neighborhood and the fourth Valencia community within Riverland, a sprawling 4,000-acre master-planned development in Port St. Lucie on Florida's Treasure Coast. Sales launched in December 2023 as Phase 4 of Riverland, following Valencia Cay, Valencia Grove, and Valencia Walk — all three of which are sold out or nearly so. At buildout Valencia Parc will contain approximately 1,100 single-family homes and villas, giving the community real scale while still feeling like its own neighborhood with a dedicated 5-acre Social Club and clubhouse. Homes are offered across six collections, including the entry-level Club Villas and Luxury Club Villas (starting in the mid-$300s), plus the Signature, Premier, Regal, and Vintage single-family collections.
