Esplanade at Tradition is Taylor Morrison's luxury 55+ resort-lifestyle community tucked inside Tradition, the 8,300-acre master-planned community that sits about eight miles west of downtown Port St. Lucie on Florida's Treasure Coast. Roughly 600–650 single-family homes are planned across beautifully landscaped streets with lake and preserve views, and the community has been actively selling and building since 2021.
