Trilogy San Juan Oaks is Shea Homes' newest Trilogy-branded 55+ resort community, set within the master-planned San Juan Oaks golf community in the Northern California foothills between charming Hollister and historic San Juan Bautista. Construction began in 2024, and the first phase is planned for approximately 232 single-story homes.
