Brighton Parks is a gated 55+ active adult community in northwest Bakersfield, California, built by Castle & Cooke starting in 2006 and largely completed by 2017. Upon build-out, the community contains 425 single-family homes set along tree-lined streets threaded with 32 pocket parks and greenbelts totaling more than 7.5 acres — a park-inspired layout that gives the neighborhood its name and its garden-community feel.
