Cypress Ridge is a 389-acre master-planned, gated golf course community on California's Central Coast, tucked into the Arroyo Grande Mesa in San Luis Obispo County. Built around the award-winning Cypress Ridge Golf Course — a Peter Jacobsen Signature 18-hole championship course designed by the Jacobsen Hardy team and rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest — the community centers on a village designed in a regional farming and agricultural aesthetic, with old-growth cypress trees milled on site and used in the village structures' siding, ceilings, flooring, and beams. Location is a major draw. The community sits minutes from Pismo State Beach, the Village of Arroyo Grande for shopping and dining, and the Edna Valley wine country. San Luis Obispo is about 16 miles north via US-101 (roughly 20 minutes), and Santa Barbara is about an hour south. The Central Coast's famously mild microclimate — cool ocean air, mature cypress trees, and near-perfect year-round temperatures — keeps homes highly desirable and values strong on resale.
