Traditions at Whitehall is a 55+ active adult neighborhood tucked inside the Town of Whitehall — the first new town founded in Delaware in over a century — just outside Middletown and between the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal and U.S. Route 301. Developed by local builder Benchmark Builders on 38 acres of open space (within a larger 84-acre site engineered by Becker Morgan Group), the community is planned for 229 homes across four phases: 149 single-family homes, 46 carriage homes, and 34 townhomes.
