Village of Eastridge is a 189-home active adult community tucked into a peaceful stretch of Kent County just southwest of Smyrna, Delaware, developed by Benchmark Builders — a third-generation, family-owned Delaware builder that has completed eight other 55+ communities in the state. Construction began in 2014 and new homes are still being built, so the neighborhood offers the rare combination of an established community feel with brand-new construction still available.
