Traditions at Longwood is a Gold Star Award-winning 55+ active adult community built by Pulte Homes between 2001 and 2006 in East Marlborough Township, with a Kennett Square mailing address in scenic southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. The community is made up of 300 single-family homes spread across 31 acres of maintained common ground, organized into two sections — Primrose and Begonia — connected by East Doe Run Road. Each section has its own dedicated clubhouse, and residents have full access to both.
