The Villas at Linfield is a deed-restricted 55+ community of 200 attached ranch-style villas set on 40 acres in Limerick Township, just outside the borough of Royersford in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Built by McGrath Homes between 2004 and 2015 and now available on a resale-only basis, the community is tucked alongside the Linfield National Golf Club, giving many homes golf course and open-space views.
