Stoneleigh Woods at Riverhead is a gated, 55+ community of 176 attached townhomes tucked into a wooded 40-acre setting at the entrance to Long Island's North Fork. Built by Blue and Gold Homes starting in 2008, the community is effectively built out, with homes dating from roughly 2007 through the mid-2010s and resales now driving the market.
