Seven Oaks is Bakersfield's premier master-planned community, spanning nearly 1,800 acres of mixed-use development in the city's southwest corridor. Established in the early 1990s by Castle & Cooke California and now being expanded by Bolthouse Properties, Seven Oaks has grown over more than three decades into a collection of distinct gated neighborhoods woven together by parks, tree-lined streets, landscaped paseos, and an interconnected pedestrian and bike path network.
