Ocean Hills Country Club is a 55+ gated community of 1,632 Mediterranean-style homes set across 350 hilltop acres in Oceanside, just 3.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean in North San Diego County. The community's defining look — white stucco walls, red tile roofs, and winding streets inspired by Aegean hill towns — gives it a distinct character that separates it from typical Southern California active adult developments.
