New Town

New Town is a 365-acre mixed-use New Urbanism master-planned community in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, designed so homes, offices, retail, restaurants, and entertainment all sit within easy walking distance of one another. Construction began in 2005 and the community continues to grow, with the Shirley Park neighborhood still building new townhomes and single-family homes and Belmont Park recently underway.
