Kingsmill on the James is a gated, 2,900-acre master-planned resort community stretching three miles along the banks of the James River in Williamsburg, Virginia. Originally developed by Anheuser-Busch beginning in 1973 (with homes built since 1975), Kingsmill is one of Virginia's original master-planned golf communities and remains one of the most prestigious addresses in the Historic Triangle.
