Isabella Village at Savannah is a 55+ active adult enclave of 180 single-family ranch homes tucked inside the 7,100-acre Savannah master-planned community in Aubrey, Texas (mailing address Savannah, TX 76227). Built between 2011 and 2018 by Nathan Carlisle Homes (a Dunhill brand), the neighborhood is fully built out and has settled into a tight-knit, front-porch-living character among the 7,000+ homes that make up the broader Savannah development. The draw here is dual amenity access. Isabella Village residents have their own private clubhouse — Club Isabella — reserved exclusively for the 55+ community.
