Del Webb at Legacy Hills is a 55+ active adult community in Celina, Texas, tucked inside the 3,200-acre Legacy Hills master-planned development by Centurion American. Construction began in 2024, and the neighborhood is still actively selling and building, with twelve single-story floor plans spread across three collections — the Scenic, Distinctive, and Echelon Series. Homes range from 1,274 to 2,782 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Prices currently run from the low $300s into the upper $500s, and most plans offer open gathering rooms, gourmet kitchens with walk-in pantries, spa-inspired owner's suites, covered patios, and energy-efficient construction with upgraded CAT6 wiring. The heart of the community is a 15,625-square-foot waterfront amenity center overlooking a pond. Inside, residents have a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga and aerobics studio, a resident café and coffee bar, and a resident bar and grill, plus multi-purpose meeting rooms sized for clubs and special-interest groups. Outside, there's a resort-style pool with expansive sundecks, pickleball courts, and miles of walking and biking trails that weave through the neighborhood and connect into the broader Legacy Hills trail system. A full-time onsite Lifestyle Director programs the calendar — cooking classes, fitness classes, card games, golf outings, pickleball leagues, and a growing roster of social clubs. The café operates on a $300 annual resident credit that flows right back into your account. Because Del Webb sits inside Legacy Hills, residents also tap into the master plan's broader amenities: a 27-acre city sports park, seven total amenity centers, additional pocket parks, and Celina's first 18-hole championship golf course with a clubhouse, driving range, and short-game area. The master plan has roughly four miles of frontage along the Dallas North Tollway extension currently under construction, which will dramatically shorten the drive to Frisco, Plano, and downtown Dallas once complete. Landscaping and common-area upkeep are handled by the HOA (managed by FirstService Residential), so homeowners trade yard work for free time. Celina itself is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country — population jumped from around 6,000 in 2010 to more than 43,000 by 2023 — meaning retail, dining, and healthcare options are expanding rapidly around the community, including the new Methodist Celina Medical Center.
