Frisco Lakes by Del Webb is one of the largest 55+ active adult communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, wrapping roughly 1,000 acres along the eastern shore of Lake Lewisville in Frisco, Texas. Del Webb (a Pulte Group brand) broke ground in 2006 and built out the community through 2020, delivering approximately 3,019 single-story, plantation-style single-family homes. Floor plans from the original Pulte collections range from roughly 1,137 to just over 3,000 square feet, with expansive great rooms, gourmet kitchens, and covered outdoor living spaces designed for low-maintenance, lock-and-leave living. Many homesites back to greenbelts, the golf course, or open water views of Lake Lewisville. Lifestyle here is built around three amenity centers totaling more than 40,000 square feet, each with its own fitness center, meeting rooms, and gathering spaces. The Frisco Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course stretching to 7,099 yards, designed by Gary Stephenson Golf Design and winding through the neighborhoods with several holes set along the shores of Lake Lewisville. Residents enjoy discounted green fees and preferred tee times, and the renovated clubhouse includes a full-service restaurant and grill overlooking the course and lake. Social life is famously deep.
