Encore at Wendell Falls is a 179-home, age-restricted 55+ community built by David Weekley Homes inside the larger Wendell Falls master-planned community in Wendell, North Carolina — about 15 miles east of downtown Raleigh. Construction began in 2021 across two product lines, the Classic Series (43-foot homesites) and the Tradition Series (53-foot homesites), both of which have since sold out as the neighborhood finishes its final phase. Every home is a one-story, open-concept ranch plan with expanded outdoor living areas, walk-in Super Showers with ceramic tile walls, spacious kitchens with Frigidaire appliances, and David Weekley's EnergySaver construction.
