Del Webb Sunchase is a brand-new gated 55+ community in Parrish, Florida, developed by Del Webb (a division of Pulte Homes) and established in 2024. Spanning 427 acres of former agricultural land in northern Manatee County, the community is planned for 1,003 single-family homes, with construction ongoing and the full amenity campus expected to come online in 2027. At the heart of the community is Solara, an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring a modern fitness center, multipurpose and meeting rooms, gathering lounges, and the on-site Beachwood Tap Bar & Grill. A golf simulator lounge gives residents a year-round way to practice their swing, and plans are in place for a separate East Amenity Campus to expand the community's offerings further. Outdoors, residents have access to a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, cabana and fire pit lounging areas, walking trails, and dedicated spaces for community gardening and dog walking.
