Ashbury Crossing is a small, intimate 55+ active adult community of 127 attached brick cottages tucked into Mebane, North Carolina, just one mile from the city's historic downtown. Built by Cimarron Homes between 2006 and 2020, the community sits within the larger master-planned Ashbury neighborhood (which also includes the all-ages Ashbury Green section) and offers an unusual blend of country-style quiet and true Triangle-area convenience — minutes from I-40/I-85, Tanger Outlets Mebane, and Lake Michael Park's 59-acre public lake. The homes are the headline here.
