Sunriver Villas

SunRiver Villas is the second and more exclusive neighborhood within the larger SunRiver St. George master-planned active adult community in southwest Utah, offering 339 low-maintenance luxury patio and twin homes built by SunRiver Communities starting in 2018. Homes are single-level (with a few villa plans that include an upstairs loft/bonus space), typically 1,348 to 1,850+ square feet, with 2-3 bedrooms, open great-room layouts, 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry, and stainless appliances — designed for the turn-key, lock-and-leave buyer who wants a primary home or winter escape without yard work. The Villas have their own private ~5,000 sq ft modern clubhouse, separate from the main SunRiver community center. Inside you'll find a state-of-the-art fitness center, a test kitchen for cooking demos, a game area, and a computer center.
