Regency at Desert Color is Toll Brothers' first Regency 55+ active adult community in Utah, tucked into the southwestern corner of St. George along I-15 and Southern Parkway within the 3,350-acre Desert Color master-planned community. Announced in 2021 and opened for sale in fall 2022, the community is planned for 564 luxury single-family homes across four distinct collections — Tulane (sold out as of early 2025), Springdale, Cliff Rose, and River Edge — with 14 floor plans ranging from 1,425 to 3,294 square feet. Homes are single-story, open-concept designs with first-floor primary suites, covered loggias, two- to four-car garages, and optional RV garages on select plans. Buyers personalize finishes at the on-site Toll Brothers Design Studio, and a typical build takes 8 to 12 months including permitting. The centerpiece of the community is a private, resort-style 10,000-square-foot clubhouse exclusive to Regency residents, featuring an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge areas, event lawns, bocce ball and pickleball courts, and a full-time activities director planning social clubs and special interest groups around pickleball, bocce, golf practice, tennis, and soccer.
