Sunriver Firelight

SunRiver Firelight is the newest addition to SunRiver Communities' 25+ year legacy of building 55+ active adult neighborhoods in Southern Utah. Located in Toquerville just west of town, this brand-new community broke ground in 2025 and is planned for more than 1,200 luxury single-family homes surrounded by Southern Utah's dramatic red rock landscape. Firelight is the third SunRiver community, joining the flagship SunRiver St. George (2,500+ homes) and the smaller SunRiver Villas — and it's positioned to be the most adventure-forward of the three, with Springdale and Zion National Park roughly 45 minutes away and St. George just 15 minutes down the road.
