Stonecroft Village is a 214-home, 55+ active adult community tucked into the Tulpehocken Creek Valley just outside the small town of Womelsdorf in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Built by Landmark Homes — a family-owned, award-winning south-central PA builder — the community began in 2006 and was effectively built out by around 2021, so today it's a settled, mature neighborhood where homes change hands through resale rather than new construction. The setting is a big part of the appeal. The neighborhood sits on land with 23 acres of preserved open space, framed by distant mountain views and centered around a scenic pond with a fountain and gazebo. Walking trails wind through the community, and residents own their land outright — there's no monthly land lease, which sets it apart from many PA manufactured-home 55+ parks.
