Amblebrook at Gettysburg is a resort-style 55+ active adult community spread across roughly 779 acres just outside historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Developed by Crown Community Development and planned for approximately 2,000 attached and single-family homes at full build-out, construction began in 2018 and is actively ongoing across multiple neighborhoods including Parkview, Grandview, and the newest phase, Highland, with additional areas (Greenway, Woodside) planned.
