Silverado Village is a gated, boutique 55+/62+ community by Silverado Homes under construction in Spanish Springs, on the northern edge of Sparks, Nevada. At buildout the community will include 135 single-story single-family homes. While the community is designated primarily for residents 62 and older, 20% of the homes are available to buyers 55 and older — a dual-age structure that makes it accessible to slightly younger active-adult buyers while preserving the quieter feel of an older community. The scale is intentionally small.
