Regency at Caramella Ranch is Toll Brothers' flagship 55+ active-adult community in South Reno, Nevada, set within the larger Caramella Ranch master plan near Damonte Ranch. At buildout the community will include 621 single-family ranch-style homes spread across three single-level collections — Claymont, Glenwood, and Mayfield — all designed around indoor-outdoor living, panoramic Sierra Nevada mountain views, and sweeping cityscape vistas of the Reno valley. Construction began in 2018 and is ongoing, with new home releases continuing through 2026. The three collections give buyers a clear range of size and price points.
