Sierra Canyon is Del Webb's first active adult community in Northern Nevada and the largest 55+ community in the region, with 1,212 single-story homes tucked into the south slope of the Peavine Mountains in northwest Reno. The community sits within the gates of the 2,000+ acre Somersett master-planned golf community, giving residents the intimacy of a dedicated age-qualified neighborhood combined with the amenities and scale of a much larger development.
